My name is Sarah Luna, and I am currently a PhD Candidate in Human Nutrition at Cornell University. Now in my 4th year, I am beginning to think about what’s next.

Since beginning my graduate studies, I have come to appreciate that ideas are only as good as their presentation and share-ability. This site has two components: my research and teaching portfolio and my blog.  I hope you will find everything you want to know about my research, philosophy and views of education, my teaching style, and many aspects of the learning I have completed so far.  Hopefully, in navigating this site, you will come to understand who I am as a research and a teacher.

My goal is to highlight the strengths that make me a passionate, efficient and useful addition to any nutrition program. My portfolio illustrates my passion and experience for my research and teaching while my blog is an attempt to present my ideas on a variety of topics.  Here are some key ideas that I tend to write about:

Presentation, idea generation, organization, time management, motivation, design, nutrition, grad school, productivity, open source, ballroom dance.

Feel free to browse this online portfolio and contact me with any questions.  I will be attending the Experimental Biology meetings in San Diego at this end of April if you would like to arrange a meeting.
